Abstract

Dengue fever is caused by the dengue virus, which is one of the most deadly mosquito - borne pathogenic viruses in humans. In the land area wet such as South Kalimantan incidence of 47.84 per 100,000 population with number mortality 0.75%. Reported a man 24 years old come to the IGD RS Ulin Banjarmasin with complaint main fever since two days before enter house pain, nausea and vomiting since 1 day before enter house sick. Patient stay at home close area juicy and a lot mosquito. On examination physical obtained circumstances general looked sick moderate, slight icteric sclera, painful press minimal epigastric, liver/spleen/mass no palpable, no there is acral cold as well as no there is petechiae. From the results laboratory total thrombocyte within normal limits, however happen enhancement SGOT and SGPT values. on the day care second patient still feel fever and count thrombocyte within normal limits, as well score tubex 4. On the day care third, the patient already no sigh fever again however total thrombocytes and leukocytes decreased and planned inspection serological antidengue IgG and Ig M. On day care fourth known anti-dengue IgG and IgM positive with total platelets 39,000/ ul and leukocytes 2500/ ul. Patient diagnosed accompanied by dengue fever sign danger and elevated liver enzymes. Patient treated for 7 days start the 17th to by May 23, 2022. Patient then sent home after happen repair good in Thing clinical nor laboratory.
